Collectables – What is?

Collectables are unique items that can be crafted and gathered, then exchanged for a currency called scrip. Scrip can be used to purchase materia, gear sets, Folklore Tomes (which unlock special gathering nodes), and more.

Scrip Exchange & Collectables Pre-Requisites

• Complete the Heavensward MSQ “The Better Half” in Foundation.
• With a level 50 crafter or gatherer, complete the quest “Inscrutable Tastes” from Morgayne in Foundation (x10,y10).
• Progress through Heavensward MSQ to get access to Idyllshire.

Splendors Vendor in Idyllshire

• With a level 60 crafter or gatherer, complete the quest “Go West, Craftsman”.
  This unlocks collectables and scrips, so it’s required as a baseline for any deliveries.

Splendors Vendor in Rhalgr’s Reach

• With a level 70 crafter or gatherer, talk to Galiena at Rhalgr’s Reach (x:9.8, y:12.5) to start the quest “Reach Long and Prosper”.

Splendors Vendor in Eulmore

• Complete the Shadowbringers Main Scenario Quest “City of Final Pleasures”.
• With a level 80 crafter or gatherer, talk to Mowen at Eulmore (x:11.5, y:10.7) to start the quest “The Boutique Always Wins”.

Splendors Vendor in Radz-at-Han

• With a level 90 crafter or gatherer, talk to Ofpilona at Radz-at-Han (x:11.7, y:9.6) to start the quest “Expanding House of Splendors”.

For both Crafting and Gathering

• The higher an item’s collectibility, the more experience points.
• White Crafters’/Gatherer’s Scrips and Purple Crafters’/Gatherer’s Scrips are rewarded.
• Collectables cannot be stacked or sold to regular merchants, nor can they be consumed or used as material for synthesis.

Unlock Collectables

• Complete the level 50 quest Inscrutable Tastes from Morgayne in Foundation (x10,y10).
• The quest requires the prior completion of the MSQ The Better Half.

The Crystalline Mean

• In Shadowbringers, DoH & DoL will be able to progress through one of five series of quests associated with the different faculties of The Crystalline Mean.
• For Level 70, 73, 75, and 78 submissions.
  Prerequisites
• Unlock Collectables.
• Complete the quest “Inscrutable Tastes”, via Morgayne in Foundation at x10.1, y10.4
• Complete the conversation with Mowen for “The Boutique Always Wins”.

The Studium

• In Endwalker, DoH & DoL will be able to progress through one of five series of quests associated with the different faculties of the Studium.
• For Level 80, 83, 85, and 88 submissions.
  Prerequisites
• Unlock Collectables.
• lvl 82 Endwalker MSQ “Sound the Bell”, “School’s In” and “Inscrutable Tastes”.
• Lvl 80 DoH/DoL quest The Faculty via Qih Aliapoh at Old Sharlayan (x:4.0 y9.4)

Crafting Log

• Found in a dedicated tab in the Crafting Log under Special Recipes (the bag with a star icon under Recipe Level).
• The drop-down menu for crafting Collectibles is near the bottom, separated into four categories:
  lvls 50-60
  lvls 61-70
  lvls 71-80
  lvls 81-90

Notes

• All crafted collectibles are Rarefied, but use the same ingredients as the non-Rarefied version.

Custom Deliveries – What Is?

Custom Deliveries are the easiest, most time efficient way to gain a large chunk of both types of scrips for your crafters and gatherers. If your crafter or gatherer is below max level, instead of the level cap scrips you’ll get a large amount of experience.

• A fun additional reward for most of the clients is that they’ll let you choose their outfit. Available after fully ranking them up and completing their story. Indicated by a shirt icon on the Custom Deliveries window in the Timers Menu.

Notes

• You only have 12 delivery allowances per week.
  Always check which deliveries have a bonus that week!
• These are indicated on the client’s delivery window, which you can check from the Custom Deliveries option in your Timers Menu.
• It’s randomly selected each week, it is possible to have unlucky times when nothing is given a bonus.

• lvl 60
• Mats : Scrap Salvager at x5.9, y7.2 in Idyllshire. Select ‘Purchase Items I’.
• Complete the quest ‘Arms Wide Open in’ Idyllshire.

M’naago

• lvl 60
• Mats : Material Supplier at x9.7, y11.8 in Rhalgr’s Reach.
• Complete the MSQ ‘The Return of the Bull‘, a post-Stormblood quest.
• The unlock sidequest is ‘None Forgotten, None Forsaken‘, which requires ‘Reach Long and Prosper‘ as well as ‘And We Shall Call It Eureka‘ all of which are in Rhalgr’s Reach.

Kurenai

• lvl 62
• Mats : Blue Merchant at x27.9, y16.9 in Tamamizu.
• Unlock M’naago’s Deliveries
• Sidequest chain beginning with ‘The Palace of Lost Souls‘ in Sui-no-Sato in The Ruby Sea.
  The first one is a blue sidequest which you probably did to unlock the level 63 dungeon, so if you don’t see that on the map then the next one in the chain is a regular yellow sidequest called ‘Fathoms Below‘.
• After all that you’ll gain access to the unlock quest ‘The Seaweed is Always Greener‘ in Kugane.

Adkiragh

• lvl 66
• Mats : Scrap Salvager at x5.9, y7.2 in Idyllshire. Select ‘Purchase Items II’.
• Unlock Zhloe’s Deliveries
• Complete the single sidequest ‘Purbol Rain‘ in Reunion in The Azim Steppe after progressing far enough in the Stormblood MSQ.
• Unlock quest is ‘Between a Rock and the Hard Place‘ in Idyllshire.

Kai-Shirr

• lvl 70
• Mats : Dadden at y11.7, y11.3 in Eulmore.
• Unlocked after the post-Shadowbringers MSQ ‘Moving Forward‘, and having unlocked Shadowbringers collectables with the Eulmore sidequest ‘The Boutique Always Wins‘.
• Complete the quest ‘Oh, Beehive Yourself‘ in Eulmore.

Ehll Tou

• lvl 70
• Mats : Anna at x14.2, y12.6 in The Firmament.
• Complete the two-step questline of ‘If Songs Had Wings‘ and ‘O Crafter, My Crafter‘ in The Firmament in Ishgard.
• Complete the Ishgardian Restoration quest line first, which begins with ‘Towards the Firmament‘ in Foundation.
• Finish ‘To Thaw a Frozen Heart‘, to have access to the unlock quests from Ehll Tou.

Charlemend

• lvl 70
• Mats : Diana at x9.7, y8.4 in The Firmament.
• Do more of the Ishgardian Restoration sidequests from Francel in the Firmament.
• Finish the ‘May Featherfall Flourish‘ step, to unlock two quest chains:
  ‘Not by Bread Alone‘ from Francel
  ‘The Brume Lifts‘ from Charlemend
• Complete both stories and you’ll have access to ‘You Can Count on It‘ to unlock Charlemend as a client.

Ameliance

• lvl 80
• Mats : Synnove at x12.7, y10.3 in Old Sharlayan.
• Complete the final quest of the Endwalker MSQ, ‘Endwalker’.
• Unlock quest ‘Of Mothers and Merchants’ in Old Sharlayan, northeast of the Aetheryte Plaza.

Anden

• lvl 80
• Mats : Aenc Ose at x16, y34 in Il Mheg.
• Complete the final quest of the Endwalker MSQ, ‘Endwalker’ and the side quest ‘Go West, Craftsman’.
• Unlock quest ‘That’s So Anden’ in The Crystarium x9.3, y11.3

Margrat

• lvl 80
• Mats : R’dhyanki at x20.3, y20.4 in Labyrinthos.
• Complete the MSQ ‘Going Haam’ and the side quest ‘Go West, Craftsman’.
• Unlock quest ‘A Request of One’s Own’ in Old Sharlayan x13.8, y15.0
